Scope of Work

Rehabilitation of elevator system in building within the facility 

​

• New sump pit liner in elevator pit. 

• Structural concrete crack repair in elevator machine room with patching and painting all throughout. 

• Installation of a steel fence for protection of the workers from inmates and to keep tools and equipment from getting into inmate's possession.

Interesting Fact

​

Although Jiwan Construction has had experience with working inside correctional facilities through subcontractors or the key members have served as labor force for work within correctional facilities, this was the first time that Jiwan Construction had acted as a prime contractor.
